Practical support for everyday ABA practice. One-on-one mentorship designed for RBTs and behavior technicians who want additional support understanding ABA concepts, strengthening their skills, and feeling more confident in their day-to-day work. Sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions, better understand data collection, reinforcement, prompting, skill-acquisition programs and behavior plans, troubleshoot challenging situations, improve communication with supervisors and team members, and explore professional development and career goals. Whether you're brand new to the field or an experienced RBT looking for additional guidance, mentorship is tailored to the skills and topics most important to you. RBT mentorship is educational and does not replace required RBT supervision or clinical direction from the BCBA responsible for a client's treatment.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms: • Educational Purpose Only: All services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Content includes general behavior analytic principles, examples, and strategies and does not include individualized assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. • Not a Substitute for Clinical Services: These sessions do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. You should seek a licensed professional in your area for individualized care. • No Promises or Guarantees: Information shared is based on established principles of behavior analysis; however, outcomes are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual circumstances and implementation. • Implementation Responsibility: You are responsible for how and whether to apply any information discussed. No individualized behavior plans or treatment recommendations are provided in these sessions. • Non-Refundable Sessions: All bookings are final. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable, regardless of outcome or implementation. • Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session fee. • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. • Late Arrival Policy: Your session begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not extend the session and may reduce available time. • Scheduling Changes: I reserve the right to reschedule or adjust sessions as needed. You will be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
