Refund Policy

The services provided by TeleABA Pathways are for educational and consultative purposes only. All recommendations, strategies, resources, and supports offered are intended to guide and empower caregivers, educators, and professionals in the application of behavior analytic principles. 

 

These services do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, and my role is not to serve as a healthcare provider.

 

By engaging in services, you understand and agree that all decisions regarding the implementation of strategies or use of resources provided are the responsibility of the individual or caregiver. It is recommended that you consult with their healthcare or medical providers regarding any concerns involving medical or psychological diagnoses or treatments.

All services are non-refundable. Due to services being delivered remotely and requiring time reservations for all services provided, there are no returnable materials, recommendations, sessions, etc. and do not qualify for a refund. If you cancel a service and do not coordinate with TeleABA Pathways to schedule a new time or method of service delivery, you agree to forfeit the service and understand that a refund is not eligible to be issued.
