Receive BCBA Consultation Services Monthly
Service Description
Receive professional behavior-analytic recommendations to address your company/organizational needs, goals, and challenges faced in regards to problem behaviors and skill deficits of your clients. All services are provided using TeleABA Pathways' HIPAA Compliant Zoom and Google accounts with additional HIPAA security integrations to ensure all information remains confidential. Services provided are based on the plan you choose. Pay-Per-Session: 1. A 1-hour session via Zoom to discuss the treatment plans, strategy implementation, and goals you seek to improve. 2. Written feedback on your treatment plan, FBA, and parent training program of choice (outside of Zoom session. Feedback will be provided via email) 3. Staff training recommendations (outside of Zoom session. Recommendations will be provided via email) Recommendations Only Plan Includes: 1. Discussing what challenges you are facing, skills in need of improvement, and your goals 2. Recommendations from a BCBA that are evidence-based and proven to be effective for the behaviors you are experiencing 3. Four 1-hour sessions per month Recommendations+Training Plan Includes: 1. All of the benefits from the Recommendations Only Plan 2. Up to 16 one-hour sessions per month dedicated towards your chosen clients or staff (staff training & technician supervision) Note: It is recommended to split your 16 monthly sessions into: - 4 company consultation sessions for you and/or staff to ask for treatment plan recommendations - 12 staff/technician training and supervision Additional Service Fees: Treatment plan/report writing services and Parent Training sessions are an additional fee. Contact me to receive a quote for this service if desired. *All sessions must be within my availability and the agreed upon frequency.*
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms: • Educational & Consultative Purpose Only: All services are intended to provide educational information, behavior analytic strategies, and general recommendations. No outcomes are guaranteed, and services do not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. • No Promises or Guarantees: Recommendations provided are based on best practices in behavior analysis but are not tailored medical treatment plans. It is your responsibility to determine how and when to implement them. • Non-Refundable Sessions: All bookings are final. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable, regardless of outcome or implementation of suggestions. • Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Accommodations for requests made with less than a 24 hour notice of the scheduled time may not be available and will result in forfeiture of the session/session fee. • No-Show Policy & Fee: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. • Late Arrival Policy: Your session time begins at the scheduled start time, not the time of arrival. Late arrivals will not extend the length of the session and may reduce the time available for discussion. • BCBA Schedule Changes: I reserve the right to reschedule or adjust any booked session as needed and within your availability time. You will be notified as soon as possible in the event of any changes.
