ABA Study Sessions are aimed at professionals preparing for the board exam or those who wish to become credentialed in the ABA field. Sessions elaborate on a topic of your choice for the purposes of helping you study it, understand it, or apply it. It is not ideal for families. These sessions teach ABA topics and provide general examples of common ABA practices to assist you in learning about ABA. They do not provide educational credits, degrees, certificates, or guarantee any outcomes.

Session duration varies based on the plan you select (30-minute or 1-hour sessions). Each session across both plans offer the following: 1. 1 session per week or biweekly with an ABA Professional for the session duration your plan is for. 2. Discussion with an ABA Professional regarding the behavior or skill deficit you're experiencing to guide ABA topics chosen within the session. 3. An ABA topic being taught to assist with your understanding of evidence-based strategies. 4. General examples and lessons for strategies commonly implemented in ABA that are evidence-based. 5. PDF copies of all materials used within the session. "Evidence-Based" does not mean it was proven to work for every person. It means that it has been shown to be effective for the behavior or skill deficit being experienced. A Behavior Analyst specializes in this area and can provide the best recommendations available through their expertise should you need individualized treatment.

There are 2 options for companies/organizations: Recommendations only or Recommendations plus Training and Supervision. Recommendations only- this is for you to receive recommendations on how you can improve your company, meet your goals/needs, or to receive feedback on treatment plans/programs. Recommendations+Training/Supervision- Includes everything in the recommendations only plan along with training your staff on implementation of a plan or strategy and supervision of technicians. Service availability is dependent on laws and licensure requirements of your state.

If you do not know how often you will want services and rather pay as you need them, you have the option to pay a fixed rate per session. If you want services on a consistent schedule, then it is recommended to enroll into the biweekly or monthly plans for discounted rates. Here is a breakdown of the 3 ways you can pay for services: • Fixed Rate Per Session: You pay a set fixed rate for the service chosen whenever you would like them (for services occurring less often and no more than once a month). No additional feedback after session ends or priority scheduling is included unless purchased as an add-on. • Biweekly Plan: If you will want services regularly 1-2 times per month, the biweekly plan is best for you. You will receive the selected service on the weeks you choose. Your appointment slot is subject to change based on availability and times outside of those with priority scheduling. Due to Biweekly Plans not including priority scheduling, your booked session is subject to change if those enrolled in priority scheduling select the day/time of your session. You may enroll into priority scheduling as an add-on to secure your desired session time. • Monthly Plan: This plan is for those wanting sessions 3-4 times a month. You receive your service on a monthly basis with the added bonus of 1 FREE session + FREE priority scheduling to ensure your preferred session days/times are locked in. Sessions for non-monthly and non-priority scheduling subscribers may be rescheduled by TeleABA Pathways to accommodate the requests of those enrolled in those plans or when availability conflicts arise. To lock in your preferred session times, it is recommended that you enroll in a Monthly Plan or add-on priority scheduling to your service. Yes, you may purchase each service as a one-time payment option and pay as you go. You may also pay for extra services as needed per request. Cost Per Service 1. Report Writing Assistance- $200 per report (does not include assessments, treatment plan writing, etc.). You will be required to provide all information needed for the report. This service provides a recommendation/example template on how to write your report with the information provided, as well as what goals to consider implementing based on assessment results provided. You will be responsible for the completion of the report writing, editing, reviewing, and finalization of your official report for your client based on recommendations provided through this service. 2. Treatment Plan Writing Assistance- $180 per plan. You must include any assessment results and information relevant for the treatment plan. This service provides an example plan/template for the desired goal. You are responsible for writing, editing, and finalizing the treatment plan based on recommendations provided through this service. 3. Parent Training- $150 per hour. All sessions will be via Zoom. Billing method varies. Please refer to your service agreement contract for billing details. 4. Extra Sessions- Price varies based on your current services. Note: None of TeleABA Pathways Services, unless otherwise stated, are meant to act as a replacement for your role as a BCBA. You as the BCBA are responsible for all client treatment programming and authorization/treatment plan report writing. I do not accept insurance and bill solely to the person seeking the service. Services are meant to serve as educational purposes only, not treatment, unless otherwise stated within your service contract. Billing insurances for non-clinical purposes is not allowed. The benefits of this service structure is that it ensures you are not required to meet specific weekly service hours, you won't need an authorization, and you can receive ABA learning opportunities from a Behavior Analyst without a diagnosis being required (which most insurances require to cover your services). The only exception is for companies and organizations who meet ALL of the following requirements: 1. They match my hourly rate, service terms & conditions, and cover any costs for credentialing through them 2. I am a contractor and not an employee under the agreement 3. I have full control over services provided, availability, etc.

I utilize Google Workspace and Zoom accounts that have privacy settings, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) agreement required for HIPAA Compliance, and HIPAA compliance encryption for emails. When communicating outside of those accounts (text, calls, etc.) I do not state any of your personal identifying information (your full name, address, etc.). Often times, I will only use initials when referring to someone via these methods.
