ABA Training Sessions are aimed at professionals or those who wish to become credentialed in the ABA field. This elaborates on a topic of your choice for the purposes of helping you study it, understand it, or apply it to your treatment plans. It is not ideal for families. If you are seeking recommendations for yourself, a family member, or other individuals who struggle with problem behaviors and skill deficits, then the 30-minute or 1-hour Consultation Session options are best for you. These sessions teach an ABA topic and provides recommendations personalized to your needs.

Session duration varies based on the plan you select (30-minute or 1-hour sessions). Each session across both plans offer the following: 1 session per week with a Behavior Analyst of the session duration your plan is for. Discussion with a Behavior Analyst regarding the behavior or skill deficit you're experiencing. An ABA topic being taught to assist with your understanding of evidence-based strategies. Recommendations for strategies commonly implemented in ABA that are evidence-based. PDF copies of all materials used within the session. "Evidence-Based" does not mean it was proven to work for every person. It means that it has been shown to be effective for the behavior or skill deficit being experienced. A Behavior Analyst specializes in this area and will provide the best recommendations available through their expertise.

There are 2 options for companies/organizations: Recommendations only, or Recommendations plus Training and Supervision. Recommendations only- this is for you to receive recommendations on how you can improve your company, meet your goals/needs, or to receive feedback on treatment plans/programs. Recommendations+Training/Supervision- Includes everything in the recommendations only plan along with training your staff on implementation of a plan or strategy and supervision of technicians.

I do not accept insurance and bill solely to the person seeking the service. Services are meant to serve as consultations for recommendations; not treatment. Billing insurances for non-clinical purposes is not allowed. Paying your own invoice also benefits you due to not being required to meet specific weekly service hours, have an authorization, and can receive recommendations without a diagnosis being required (which most insurances require to cover your services). The only exception is for companies and organizations who meet ALL of the following requirements: They match my hourly rate, service terms & conditions, and cover any costs for credentialing through them I am a contractor and not an employee under the agreement I have full control over services provided, availability, etc.

I utilize Google Workspace and Zoom accounts that have privacy settings, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) agreement required for HIPAA Compliance, and end-to-end encryption for emails. When communicating outside of those accounts (text, calls, etc.) I do not state any of your personal identifying information (your full name, address, etc.). Often times, I will only use initials when referring to someone via these methods.

Yes, you may purchase each service as a one-time payment option and pay as you go. You may also pay for extra services as needed when subscribed to a service plan. Cost Per Service Report Writing- $50 per report (does not include assessments, treatment plan writing, etc.). You will be required to provide all information needed to go into the report. This service simply puts it all together within your report template, spell checking it, and making sure it's ready to be reviewed/finalized by you. Treatment Plan Writing- $20 per plan. You must include any assessment results and information needed for the treatment plan. Parent Training- $100 per hour. All sessions will be via Zoom. Billing method varies. Please refer to your service agreement contract for billing details. Extra Sessions- Price varies based on your current services. Request the additional services needed for a quote.
